Lauren has begun using her professional experience in the performing arts, photography and fitness fields to assist other burgeoning artists in their endeavors.

Her first opportunity to explore this arrived upon meeting Maryana Hordeychuk, who was a student at the School of Visual Arts pursuing her Master's in Digital Photography.  Ms. Hordeychuk was so inspired by Lauren that she created a multimedia project entitled “My Moonlight” dedicated to Lauren's career as a dancer.

Lauren also served as Creative Director on several photo shoots with Ms. Hordeychuk, including a series of images involving dancers from Ballet Hispanico (Jamal Rashann Callendar and Min-Tzu Li are pictured here)

After these successful collaborations, Lauren served as Thesis Advisor for Ms. Hordeychuk’s final project @ SVA entitled Tabula Rasa (she also modeled for the project). 6 images from this series were part of the gallery exhibit "un/common skin" which was on display October 24th-November 11th 2012 at SVA.
